Possible Causes:Some browsers like Internet Explorer 6 and Safari may experience problems with retaining your username and password. This is caused by your browsers default setting of not accepting any 3rd party cookies. You can configure these settings inside your Privacy tab in Internet Options.
Possible Solutions: - Make sure that you enable 3rd Party cookies from sites such as schoolsonline.co.nz and knowledge.net.nz. - Try using more standards compliant web browsers such as FireFox / SeaMonkey / Opera / Internet Explorer 7.0 etc
