Dance / Drama

 

At Waikowhai we provide a weekly extension programme for those students who show natural flair and ability in Dance. Here they can work with other dedicated dancers, trying out different styles, experimenting with choreography and perfecting performance pieces in our purpose-built dance studio.

Production

The students at Waikowhai take enormous pride in the productions that are put on each year, no matter the type of production it may be.  Hours are spent on every stage of the process, and as a result, year in and year out, it is a spectacular affair.  

 

In 2019, we showcased an original: 'Wai Change?'.  It featured real stories, raw emotion, and incredible performances of groups large and small. Below are only a handful of pictures from the show!
