Waikōwhai Intermediate now offers electronic enrolments. To access the electronic enrolment form:

Any further enrolments for 2025, please contact the school office.
Enrolments for 2026 will open in Term 2.
Once you have submitted your enrolment form, with all the relevant supporting documents, we will respond with an acknowledgement email. If you need any assistance please feel free to contact the school office on 621 0460 or email reception@wai-int.school.nz
For those unable to complete an electronic enrolment, you can still access a hard copy of the enrolment form by clicking on the highlighted link above. This can be scanned and emailed to reception@wai-int.school.nz. Alternatively, you can pop into the school office during school hours and collect or drop off a hard copy.
Out of Zone enrolments close on Wednesday 27th August. A Ballot will take place on Wednesday 3rd September. For all In-Zone enrolments please submit your application by Friday 19th September.
Supporting documentation required:
Eligibility criteria – this can be a New Zealand Birth Certificate, New Zealand Passport, Australian Passport, NZ Citizenship Certificate, Resident Visa or a Student Visa
NZ born student – Birth Certificate or NZ passport
NZ Citizen – New Zealand Passport or Citizenship Certificate,
Non-NZ Citizen – Student Visa, Permanent Resident Visa or Australian Passport
Proof of Address – a utility bill/rental agreement, something that has your name and address on it. In-zone applications only.
Immunisation Forms – if your child is immunised, please provide a copy of his/her records.
